Rhinophyma is the evolution of rosacea, affecting the nose, however unlike rosacea, rhinophyma is rare. It is more common in men and in patients with light hair and eyes colors and occurs between 25 to 35 years of age.

This condition result in a bulbous nose. The treatment is usually medical for early stage rhinophyma and surgical for advanced cases.
